5th of November- BONFIRE NIGHT

Last Saturday the bonfire night or Guy Fawkes night was celebrated in the UK. They do it annually. They do it by fireworks and burning 'guys' in bonfires as the one you can see in the picture. Why do they celebrate this event?? Who was Guy Fawkes??? Why do they make a man out of old clothes and burn it in a bonfire?? Find the answers here
